Why ubuntu sometimes reboot fail,but debian reboot always well?

I hear that ubuntu is modification of debian,so the ubuntu performance should equal debian.But seems the reality isn’t,why?

目前的 ubuntu 在 debian 基础上改动较大。各方面特性不同是较为正常的。

ubuntu点击设置快了也会崩溃，简直就是病毒啊。
