apt-get install fcitx
为了排除运营商缓存因素的影响，请先安装 apt-transport-https，然后换用支持 https 的软件源，例如 ftp.cn.debian.org 或者 ftp2.cn.debian.org 进行尝试。
有时候上游源同步不完整也会这样。

你的软件源没写完整，只有 jessie-updates 源没有 jessie 主源。请去网上查找完整的写法。
这属于常见问题，具体这里就不赘述了，要不然每两三天就说一遍真的太麻烦。
1.先安装，这四个
apt-get install fcitx，
apt-get install fcitx-ui-classic
apt-get install fcitx-ui-light
apt install ttf-wqy-*
2.百度sogo输入法linux.deb ,然后双击。。。
