速度感觉和 163源不相上下。

另外，如果想要下载 debian 安装 CD 的 iso ，163上只有最新的 debian 10版本。而华为源上的 debian-cd 下，有旧的 debian 9 iso 下载。

清华，上海交大，教育部有拨款，不用考虑网站运营费用的问题。163, 华为，腾迅，阿里云，这些是商业公司运营，考虑运营成本，是很正常的商业行为，合情合理。
