debian9 aptitude安装软件时总要放debian安装光盘才执行

求助：安装时是刻盘全新安装的，加了官方、163和清华源，注释掉cd源就显示100%后执行不下去。原以为是aptitude或apt有部件没安装完，把 除了 非中英文档 外的工具都安装了，还是这样。不知道怎么解决？

去掉几个源吧，就加个速度最快的源，然后把其他的源都删掉

没必要加很多个，把 deb.debian.org 和 163 的去掉。
猜测问题在 deb.debian.org
